goals and objectives

GOAL 1:PURSUE EXCELLENCE IN INSTRUCTION

In aiming for program COD/COE status my suggestion is that the university must provide more equipments or provide experiences to the students in dealing with this courses like they will interacting like OJTs. in this way students will have more courage to their field.in offering new programs the university must be competent and ready for the needs on implementing this new courses.in improving the programs through ACCUP the university must implement high and motivated learning.

GOAL 2: PURSUE EXCELLENCE IN RESEARCH

In pursuing the excellence in research the university must provide the needs of the student and teachers to be better in the research. If the university will give more support in research students or the teachers will be motivated and they will pursue to achieve their goals and for the university.


GOAL 3:PURSUE EXCELLENCE IN EXTENSION

In this goal the university must have partnership to other schools or organization to provide more utilities and equipment for the extension program of the university.


GOAL 4: ESTABLISH THE CENTER OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT

In establishing this goal the university must be ready for financial needs. They must provide more research and provide more equipment in this goal.

GOAL 5: PROMOTE STUDENTS AFFAIRS,WELFARE AND SUCCESS


The university must provide the needs of the students organization and give full support. the university must provide more organization that will led the students for success.

GOAL 6: MAXIMIZE LIBRARY AND OTHER RESOURCE SUPPORT TO THE TEACHING, LEARNING, AND RESEARCH ENVIRONMENT

The university must provide more books and other educational resources that will students use in their studies.They must provide new computers for E- library for more research instruction.



GOAL 7:IMPLEMENT MASSIVE INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

This kind of goal needs a big financial support. If the university wants to have more infrastructure development this will mean that the university must have a big financial needs. The university must have partnership to other organization to help them reach the goal.

GOAL 8: IMPLEMENT MASSIVE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) DEVELOPMENT


in implementing the ICT development of the university they must provide more computer programs and wide communication to the university. They must provide free Wi-fi to the students to have a research interaction in the internet.


GOAL 9: PURSUE OUTSTANDING HUMAN AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The university must hire faculty and staff that are professional and welling to do work. In dealing with the community the university must have a greater support in the community in order to have a good relationship to others. The university must have more community immersion and give more assistance to the community.

GOAL 10: ENSURE MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND GENERATION

The university must have more funds for the next generation. The university must have more savings and they must budget will the money for other development of the university.
